This scholarship was established by Ronald C. and Joyce Pierce to financially assist students pursuing an engineering degree at a four-year college or university. Mr. Ronald C. Pierce is an AWS Distinguished Member who has served the American Welding Society in many ways. This scholarship is open to high school graduates and undergraduate students.
