This scholarship assists a classified undergraduate or graduate student who resides in Hawai`i island. To be eligible, the applicant must pursue a study major in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) or STEM-related field, including vocational-technical fields in a two-year or four-year, accredited college institution in Hawai`i or the continental U.S.

    Must be Hawai`i island resident
  • College:
    Must be enrolled in a two-year or four-year, accredited college institution in Hawai`i or the continental U.S.
  • Major/Career:
    Must pursue a study major in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) or STEM-related field, including vocational-technical fields
  • Miscellaneous:
    Must demonstrate interest in Hawaiian language, culture, history; Must demonstrate a commitment to contribute to the greater community
