Scholarships for Missouri Residents

As a melting pot of American culture, there’s something for everyone in Missouri, whether that means ragtime music, Kansas City-style barbeque or hiking through the Ozarks. If you live in Missouri, you may also be able to add college scholarships to that list. Many of the available scholarships for Missouri residents are provided by the state, including the Access Missouri Financial Assistance Program, A+ Scholarships and the Missouri Higher Education Academic Scholarship Program. Others are funded by individual colleges and universities, such as the University of Missouri, Missouri State University, Washington University in St. Louis and the Ozarks Technical Community College. Applicants will usually be required to meet a minimum grade point average, display a certain level of financial need or write a submission essay.
