Scholarships for New Hampshire Residents

As the first state to establish its own constitution, New Hampshire is an important part of American history. If you’re a resident of the Granite State, New Hampshire might also play an important role in your education through the multiple scholarships available exclusively for New Hampshirites. Many of those scholarships are provided by the state itself, including the Granite State Scholars Program, the New Hampshire Incentive Program and the New Hampshire Workforce Incentive Program. Others are offered by individual schools, such as the University of New Hampshire, Dartmouth College, Southern New Hampshire University and the New Hampshire Technical Institute. Depending on the scholarships they’re applying for, students will generally need to meet a minimum grade point average, display a certain level of financial need, demonstrate academic excellence, write a submission essay or all of the above.
