Blair Parsley Memorial Scholarship

Johnson County Community Foundation

The scholarship was founded in honor of Blair Parsley and his love of flight. It is designed to support graduating senior from a Johnson County high school who is planning to study aviation at an accredited Indiana college/university. The applicant must have a minimum of a 2.5 GPA on a 4.0 scale, have demonstrated good character and a history of volunteerism and leadership in school, church and/or community.
