Community Foundation of Boone County

This scholarship was established at the Community Foundation in memory of Dr. Otis C. and Blanche D. Higgins. The purpose of this scholarship is to benefit students accepted into an accredited medical school. Students must have attended high school or have lived in either Boone or Tippecanoe County. This scholarship is renewable for up to four years.
