Scholarships for Nebraska Residents

If you’re a Nebraska resident, you might also find that you’re eligible for one or more college scholarships. Many of the available scholarships are funded by the state of Nebraska as well as the federal government, including the Access College Early Scholarship Program, the Community College Gap Assistance Program and the Nebraska Opportunity Grant. Others are provided by individual colleges, such as the University of Nebraska, Metropolitan Community College, Chadron State College and Bellevue University. Applying students will generally need to meet a minimum grade point average, and may also be required to display a certain level of financial need, demonstrate outstanding academic performance or write a submission essay.
