The scholarship was established by AHIMA Foundation to provide financial assistance to veterans or spouses of veterans who are planning to attend a program in Health Informatics and Information Management (HIIM).

    Accepted into a Health Informatics and Information Management (HIIM) program accredited by a national or regional agency of the United States
  • Military:
    Veteran Military Service Members from the U.S. Armed Forces: Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, Reserves and National Guard; Spouses of Veteran Service Members, including active duty military, retirees, veterans, wounded warriors and surviving spouses
