The scholarship was established to provide educational support to students of Westchester County who are pursuing a graduate level education in the field of social work or public health at an accredited U.S. colleges or schools.

    Please submit three (3) references, including original signature and references contact information (in sealed envelopes) from sources named below as part of your Application packet.

    Completed Ruth Taylor Award Fund Application; Proof of Full-Time Matriculated Status; please submit proof of Social Security Number plus one of the following Copy of valid driver's license (with Westchester address), Copy of current voter registration card (with Westchester County address) or Utility bill or lease/mortgage document with recent date (with Westchester address)
